Patience. I always lack of patience in my life. Because of that, i once thinking of wanted to give up a lot of things, including my career. But without the patience in life, makes me cant go any further, even if i change my work or goin to another company... I started to realize, the problem is not the work, but myself... Patience will affected a lot aspect in life. Add oil ya.
